You can also offer some fun activities for your team to enjoy while taking breaks throughout the day. You could follow Google’s lead by offering table tennis in the break room, or you could even set up a chessboard or video game console just to give people some different options, recommends Small Business Trends.
Upgrade the break room.
You don’t have to spend a lot of money to show you care, but investing in comfortable furniture and offering premium snacks and coffee machines are enough to allow your employees to enjoy their time at work.
