It typically takes about two weeks to a month to complete the audit process, depending on the complexity and size of the business. The process involves performing employee interviews at every level and utilizing numerous tools and resources we have developed including, but not limited to, culture surveys, compliance audits, and a quantifiable risk assessment. Once we complete the Audit, we deliver a plan that includes an evaluation of the existing safety and risk management procedures and training in place, a claims review, insurance program design analysis, and an action plan for improvement.

What is the IQRM?
The IQRM is a quantifiable risk assessment tool consisting of a systematic method to better understand the risk issues facing your organization. It also benchmarks performance against ideal industry standards and facilitates the design of risk control and mitigation strategies. Each module has been crafted by one or more subject matter experts.
The IQRM measures exposures and determines the general effectiveness of strategies to manage risk. Most importantly, the IQRM facilitates our ability to improve your organization’s risk profile.
